What does the app cost now?
The current app does not require a subscription or a paid upgrade for its features. Vial calculations, schedules, reminders, dose logs, and progress tracking are included. There is no trial countdown.
Can I use the website without paying?
Yes. The peptide calculator, peptide library, and protocol builder are free web resources. You can use the calculator and browse the library without an account or app download.
What if I previously bought a subscription?
Free access and your previous Apple billing record are separate questions. Open Settings in The Peptide App and look for Previous purchases or a refund notice. You can also check your subscription directly with Apple using the links below.
Do not assume an app update cancels an earlier subscription or confirms a refund. Check the status shown in your Apple account.
Why might I still see in-app purchases listed?
The app previously offered subscriptions. If Apple's listing or your purchase history shows those entries, the current app does not require you to buy them. For a question about an actual charge, check your Apple billing record or contact our support team.
Who handles refunds?
Apple reviews App Store refund requests. Requesting a refund does not mean Apple has approved it. Use Apple's purchase-support page to check eligibility and status; we cannot promise approval or a refund date.
Will an earlier purchase limit my access?
No paid entitlement is required for current app access. You do not need to purchase again to keep using the free app. If you cannot find your saved records, make sure you are using the account you originally used, then contact support@thepeptide.app. Do not send payment-card details or sensitive health records in a support email.
